Barbara A. Kolos passed away August 15, 2010 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockort. Born April 16, 1941 in Lockport she was the daughter of Nicholas and Alice (nee Elliott) Stemper. Barbara was a home care aide for the Health Association of Niagara County. She is survived by her brother Nicholas Stemper and sister Suzanne Smith both of Lockport. Barbara is the aunt of Bill Smith and Deb Smith.
