Christ M. Goebel born December 7, 1945 in Rochester, PA., passed away peacefully in Charleston, SC. May 9, 2017. Beloved husband of Suzanne, adored father of Stephanie (Peter) Quinn of Massachusetts and proud grandfather of Cole Patrick Quinn.
Christ was a math teacher for over 33 years at Lockport Senior High School retiring in 2000. He was a people person, loved conversation and helping others in any way, shape or form and always up for an outdoor adventure. Christ enjoyed life. Most of all, he looked forward to golfing with his friends.
Special thanks to the Medical Staff at the Medical University of South Carolina and also Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, for outstanding care over the years.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Memorials gratefully accepted to the SPCA, as Christ loved all furry animals. Online condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
