To the Barrancottas: Very sorry to learn of the passing of Phil. From his ime at the Union-Sun to his involvement in the community, he was truly a great family man and community stalwart. I remember seeing him in the nursing home last year-- he kept in good spirits. Our condolences to you all from our adopted home of New Mexico.

Phil was a gentleman through and through. He made my time at the Union-Sun & Journal and the Lockport Rotary Club very enjoyable. Phil always had great advice and was more than willing to show the 'newbies' the ropes. He will be very much missed.

To my Aunt Dorothy & cousins David & Lori our heart felt condolences from your family in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Uncle Phil was a great man and had a huge religious belief in God.
