Dear Paula, Roxanne and Karen,
It's been just short of 50 years since I last saw your mother. Having grown up around the corner on Roosevelt Drive, I frequently interacted with your parents during the collection runs and delivery of the Courier Express morning paper. She too, was always charming and a pleasure to converse with as was your father.
When I was behind schedule -- unlike some of the customers on my route – your mother or father would greet me at the door with a smile. They were ever so polite, gifted conversationalists, and always a lady, and a gentleman, respectively.
However, take solace in knowing that she too lived a long and prosperous life, and in a much better place now beside your father. Nonetheless, our deepest condolences to you all.
