Richard L. Hoose passed away on Friday April 7, 2017 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Oneida, NY on December 19, 1949, he was the son of Shirley (Melvin) Girardin and the late Christopher Hoose. Richard owned and operated Progressive Planning in Williamsville, NY. He was a member of the First Bible Baptist Church in Lockport. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Richard is survived by his wife of 46 years, Janice (Redfield) Hoose; father of Richard M. (Sara) Hoose, Lesley Hoose and Aaron M. (Ashley) Hoose; grandfather of Christopher, Rielly, Rachel, Emily, Leah and Aaron. He was the brother of Doug Hoose, Steve Hoose, Sandy Girard, Barbara Wheeler and the late Cathy Rendle and Krista Brooks; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Thursday April 13th 4-6 PM in the First Bible Baptist Church, 949 Lincoln Ave, Lockport, NY, where a Memorial Service will immediately follow at 6 PM. Online condolences at www.pruddenandandt.com.
