Elizabeth A. 'Izzy' Gilbert passed away April 4, 2017 in Niagara Hospice House. Born in Buffalo December 27, 1964 she is the daughter of Martin W. Gilbert and the late Cynthia I. (Thomas) Gilbert. Elizabeth worked for Wedgewood @ Elderwood Health care Facility where she was a unit clerk. She was a member of the Niagara Clown Alley where she was 'Klickety Klack' the clown. Elizabeth enjoyed photography, being outside, spending time with her nieces and nephew, friends, and family, her pets, cats, dogs, mini horse and mini pig.
Besides her father Elizabeth is also survived by her brother, Robert (Angie) Gilbert and sister Karen Gilbert; nieces, Gabby and Maddy; nephew, RJ; also several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, April 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will be held Friday, April 7th at 1 PM. Interment will be in Bear Ridge Cemetery. Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice or the Niagara County SPCA or to the Wendelville Volunteer Fire Co. would be appreciated. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
