I am so sorry that Rod is no longer with us. I worked with him for 10 years at the ECIDA and enjoyed every single minute I spent with Rod. He was funny, generous, kind, sometimes raunchy, and an all-around great guy. I will miss getting together with him for lunch and laughs at Santasieros with Rick Swist and Dean Sallak. He was larger than life. My sincere condolences on your profound loss.

To The Conrad Family,
As the Town of Lockport Supervisor, I would like to express our sadness on Rodney's passing. He was always a complete professional when it came to his participation on our Town Planning Board. The entire Town owes Rodney a deep sense of gratitude for all his hard work shaping the Town over the years. As a friend, he was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Rodney will be missed. The Conrad family will be in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you Rodney.
Sincerely, Mark Crocker

To the Conrad family,
Both John and I grew up with Rodney and to say he was a Lockport guy would be an understatement. From playing ball to hanging out with the canoe club our histories go back decades. Rodney will always be remembered as an intelligent, fun loving guy who always took a leadership role in whatever he pursued. He not only will be missed by his family but by his community and his friends.
Our Sincere condolences, John and Mary Jane Thurston
