Mary E. 'Bid' Bull passed away December 29, 2016 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Lockport on November 22, 1925 she was the daughter of Edward J. and Marion (Higgins) Murphy. Mary worked for Lockport Memorial Hospital and Mont View Health Care Facility where she was a registered nurse. She enjoyed playing cards, spending time with her family and traveling. Mary was predeceased by her husband William H. Bull on December 2, 2006. Mary is survived by her children P. Michael (Susan) Bull, James (Mary Anna) Bull, Mark Bull, Jeff (Lori) Bull, Brian (Mary) Bull, Mary Ann (Michael) Quirk, Maureen Ranney, and Howard (Joanne) Bull; grandmother of twenty and great grandmother of ten; sister of the late Edward J. Murphy. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Jan. 1st from 4-6 PM and Monday, Jan. 2nd from 1-3 and 5-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Jan. 3rd at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
