Mahler, Paul R., Lockport, 17 December 2016, Age 62, after battling cancer. Beloved husband of Susan K. (Quetschenbach) Mahler. Devoted father of Dr. Jean (Roy) Bachar, Dr. Helen (Michael) Nazareth, Rebecca (Ryan) Blough, and Jen Whitmore. A dear friend to former wife Carol Peterson Mahler. Loving grandfather to Ella Eve and Max Hudson Bachar, and Luke and Cassie Nazareth. Brother of Linda (Marty) Murphy, James (Sue) Mahler, Robert (Norma) Mahler, and Lisa Mahler. There will be no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport NY on Saturday, December 17 at 10 AM. Flowers graciously declined. Donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 or to www.niagarahospice.org in honor of Paul.
