Obituary of Mary V. Mottorn

Mary "Marie" V. Mottorn passed away December 4, 2016 in Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Born July 11, 1921 in Buffalo she was the daughter of George and Florence (Brode) Beck. Marie worked for 22 years for Harrison radiator in production retiring in 1977. She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Kenneth Mottorn on December 9, 2011.
Marie is survived by her daughter Janet Cutter; grandchildren Ronnie (Viola) Hillman, Lori (Carl) Pedley, Timothy Hillman, James (Gail) Mottorn, Michael (Heidi) Mottorn, Angela (Robert) Brown, Todd (Breanne) Mottorn and Christopher (Tina) Mottorn; several great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Besides her husband Marie is also predeceased by her son James Mottorn, five brothers, and her twin sister.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, Dec. 7th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 8th at 10 AM in St. Brendan On The Lake RC Church, 3455 Ewings Rd., Newfane, NY 14108. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
