Debra May Kelley, Oct. 1, 2016 In Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Buffalo June 9, 1955 she was the daughter of William and Gloria Hillman. Debra enjoyed playing games on the computer and collecting things. She is survived by her son Matthew (Lisa Maerten) Kelley; grandchildren Liam and Bentley; brother-in-law Brian Kelley.
