Philip C. Cassenti passed away October 3, 2016 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in Lockport on February 5, 1956 he was the son of Philip D. and Betty Jane (Velia) Cassenti. Philip worked for Newfane Rehab & Health Care Center where he was a C.N.A. He enjoyed playing bocce and especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Philip is survived by his sister Rose (Albert) Wiltberger and Barbara (Stephen) Hurt; uncle of Amy (Joe) Schultz, Kenneth (Stacy) Hurt and Wendy (John) Preston; great uncle of Emily, Hannah and Hayden St. Cyr, Colby and Collin Longer, Brandon Sanders, Haley and Jaxson Hurt; also survived by several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service Friday, Oct. 7th at 5 PM in Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St., Lockport. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
