This is for my cousin. I remember when we use to come over lt when we were younger and we would always have a good time. My mom would tell us that we would be going to Aunt Anns house or Uncle Marks house and we would get so excited. I was reading through our facebook messages and Joey always asked my brother, sister, and I to come over, or he would message me about this one game we used to play or a new facebook game he wanted me to play with him. I will always have regrets for not messaging you and talking to you as much when we got older. I will always be thinking of you and our family Joe, I love you so much Joey, Rest In Paradise. You died a hero. To his family: I love you all so much and if you ever need me im here. Thank you for taking care of Joe and being wonderful to him. Thank you for making him happy until his last few minutes. Hes smiling down on us, dont forget it.

Dear Phillips Family,
No words can fill the void that's left with Joseph's departing. Nevertheless, I do pray that in the days to follow that God will provide you with a measure of comfort and that your memories of Joseph will bring peace. Jesus said that in this life we will have trials; but to be of good cheer because he has overcome the world (John 16:33). May the Holy Spirit grant you joy in the midst of sorrow and enable you to live a life that honors the memory of your loved one.

I never met Joe yet have thought of him, his family, and his friends every day very frequently ever since the sad tragedy, and have been praying.
