Carmen E. Leuer, 90, passed away on July 7, 2016 in Niagara Hospice House. Born on May 29, 1926 she was the daughter of Emile and Melanie (Burnett) Smith. Carmen worked at Sherwood Selpac for 25 years retiring in 1991.
She is survived by her children; Fred (Leslie) Leuer, Andrew (Juanita) Leuer, Gerhardt "Bean" (Sandra) Leuer, Barb (Dale) Stalker, Cynthia (John) Stasko. Her companion; Roberto Fernandez. Also survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond Leuer in 2008; her sons; Kenneth M., Robert J., Raymond J. Leuer and several brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends may call on Monday July 11, 2016 from 3-6PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee St. where a funeral service will immediately follow at 6PM. Donations made be made to Niagara Hospice House 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
