To all Father Nick's family, Although Father Nick was associated with St Joseph's Parish and I was a member of St. Patricks's Parish (All Saints Parish) I have had the occasion to meet him several times. He was always so compassionate and ready to carry on a conversation. MAY HE REST IN PEACE--AMEN

What a great family man. Being a First Cousin to our Fr. Nick was always a good time. He remembered all of the Family and Friends at his Masses. Received his yearly Christmas Card too and he asked us to keep him in our Prayers. Please remember our Fr. Nick in your prayers and know that his love for all traveled along way too. Rest In Peace dear cousin Fr. Nick. Until we meet again. Your Cousin(s) Wayne&Toni Lynn DeSanta-Williams, Michael Antonio Williams and Sarah Lynn Williams.

Truly a holy man a man of God. who touched so many throughout his dedicated life. He was part of my family while he taught at CMHS. He remained a life long friend - A life long soul mate to me. He will be missed. Such an honor to have known him. He loved unconditionally. Fr. Nick is a true representative of Jesus. A bright light has left us for now.
I am sorry for your loss.

We knew Fr. Nick but a short time but his loving spirit will remain with us forever. We felt honored and blessed to be able to minister to Father during his last weeks at Mercy House as he transitioned to his heavenly home. What a miracle it was when he said Mass a few days before his passing - his last wish was fulfilled and he was then at peace and ready to "let go." God bless you Fr. Nick! Love and prayers until we meet again!
May Fr. Nick's love encircle all his family and friends as they mourn his passing and give them strength to endure the difficult days ahead! We love you and keep you in prayer.

Father Nick was a special guy who I will always remember. He was my Chemistry teacher at Cardinal Mindszenty, and also was moderator of the Ski Club. As a young man, I thought him to be rather gruff, but as the years went on, and he attended many of our class reunions, I found out the truth about him: Underneath that hard shell beat a heart of true gold, and lived a very kind and gentle soul.
I remember Day 1 of Chemistry Class in my Junior Year in 1967, when he proclaimed to the class that he was THROUGH being Mr. Nice Guy, and that we were going to have to work hard if we wanted to pass this course! Of course, it turned out that he was NEVER going to be through with being Mr. Nice Guy.
He was a profound influence on my life, and I will miss him, but always remember him.
I know he will be in Heaven soon, after a brief but required stop in Purgatory. Hope to see you again, Father! Mark Gregory - CMHS Class of '69
