Harry Lewis Sutton, Jr., 69, passed away on April 13, 2016 in Niagara Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 31, 1946 in Buffalo, NY the son of Harry L. and Mildred (Rothert) Sutton, Sr. Harry served in the U.S. Army from March 1967 to March 1969 during the Viet Nam War was a Journeyman Electrician working for Buffalo Electric until the company closed and then became a cabinet maker for Candlelight Cabinetry. He loved golfing, fishing and especially enjoyed babysitting.
He is survived by his wife; Karen (Keller) Sutton, Sutton; his children; Jeffrey (Jessica Poweski) Sutton of Rochester, NY and Danielle (Mario Hicks) Sutton of Tonawanda, NY; grandfather of Aria and Miles Hicks. Harry was predeceased by four sisters and one brother and also survived by several nieces and nephews and his was the brother in-law of Linda and Frank Keppel.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, April 16, 2016 2 to 8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee St. Lockport, NY. Memorials to the Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
