Obituary of Thomas G. Nolan

Thomas G. Nolan passed away February 7, 2016 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in Buffalo on August 25, 1940 he was the son of Francis and Marjorie (Filer) Nolan. Thomas served in the US Army from 1963 to 1969 being awarded the Sharpshooter Badge, Good Conduct medal and the Vietnam Service Medal. He worked in production at Harrison Radiator, was a member of the VFW and enjoyed traveling and cars.
Thomas is survived by his wife Kathleen "Kathy" (Seifert) Nolan of Lockport; father of John (Kerri Holzman) Nolan and Michelle (Michael) McCartney; grandfather of Joseph, Nicholas, and Adam; brother of the late Michael Nolan; brother-in-law of Nancy Nolan; step-son of Jane Hopkins.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, Feb. 10th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A memorial mass will be celebrated Thursday, Feb. 11th at 10 AM in St. Mary's Catholic Church of Swormville, 6919 Transit Rd, East Amherst. Visit www.pruddenandkandt.com.
