Dear Roger and family,
Ruth and I were friends for many years in our younger days and I spent lots of time on Hawley St. with her Mom and Dad and Dennis.
A good friend to many and a true heart of gold. We hadn't seen each other in a long time but all my memories with Ruth are good ones.
I am so sorry that I wasn't able to make it to her service.
The love of her family will help you all at this sad time.
Your friend,
Karol ( Lindke ) Hensen

I have lost the love of my life and miss her so very much. After 48 years with her in my life it is so hard to put my feelings into words. We have been through a lot together. She was one of a kind and everyone she met loved her and for those who didn't you have missed out on a wonderful woman. I am so glad that I got to place her wedding band back on her finger before she passed. She means the world to me and will miss her every second until I meet he again, Rest in peace hon
