Larry D. Boone passed away December 22, 2015 in Absolut of Gasport. Born in Buffalo on November 22, 1953 he was the son of Jerome and Edna (Kohlmeir) Boone. Larry worked for Starline on Grand Island where he was a printer. He was a member of the Redman Club where he was past president, Navy/Marine Club, Moose Lodge, and organized yearly pig roasts since 1987. Larry enjoyed playing cards especially black jack at the casino, being outdoors and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his wife Mary Jo (Conrad) Boone of Lockport; father of Adam (Dominique) Boone and Nan Boone both of Lockport; brother of Jerry (June) Boone of Oregan, late Sally Hill and Barbara Rescina; brother-in-law of Paul (Karen) Conrad, Jennifer (Dan) Stoll, and Susan (Kevin) Bush; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Dec. 27th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Private funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Visit www.pruddenandkandt.com.
