Carrol L. Zastrow passed away December 18, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Lockport on December 12, 1941 she is the daughter of Alvera (Cook) Welton and the late Bruce J. Welton. Carrol worked as a school bus driver for Ridge Road Express in Lockport. She enjoyed Longaberger Baskets and Beanie Babies. Besides her mother Carrol is also survived by her husband Marlin "Red" Zastrow of Gasport; mother of Mark Demeter of Cheektowaga, Debra (Michael) Palladino of Tonawanda, and Darcy Watson of Chicago; step-mother of Tammy (Rob) Flaherty of Croton-On-the-Hudson, NY, Sherrie (Dan) MacNeill of Cortland, NY, Kelly (Dale) Wick of Mendon, NY, and Paula (Brian LeBere) Zastrow of Englewood, FL; grandmother of Michael A. Palladino, Ashley (John) Hudson, Melissa (Zachary Banas) Watson, Ryan Flaherty, Erin Flaherty, Mikayla MacNeill, Maura MacNeill, Sara Wick, and Natalie Wick; great grandmother of Christian Palladino; sister of Robert (Becky) Welton of Lockport, Linda (Daniel) Roberts of Gasport, and late Roanne Haseley; several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Dec. 20th from 5-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will follow at 7 PM.
