Obituary of Roger Nelson Waldron

Roger Nelson Waldron passed away Sunday June 21, 2015, at Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Buffalo on April 14, 1936, he was the son of the late Norman Waldron and Mildred Kindred Hall. Roger worked in production for Harrison Radiator from 1966, until his retirement in 1993. After retiring, he worked security for the Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls and Lewiston-Porter Schools. Roger was a country western collector, enjoyed building model boats and loved to watch and feed his birds.
Roger is survived by his wife Patricia (Samrany) Waldron of Barker; his children Lori (Jonathan) Fay, Douglas Waldron and Jason (Stephanie) Waldron; grandfather of Tara and Alicia Clack, Kieran, Brennan, Cassandra and Jared Waldron. Roger was the brother of Todd Waldron, Daniel Waldron, Norma Wilfong, Nancy (Bob) Howard and Joe Waldron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, June 24th from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee St. Lockport, NY. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday morning at 11 AM. In Lieu of flowers memorials to the Barker Fire Department, 1660 Quaker Rd Barker, NY 14012, would be appreciated by the family.
