I know Dr. Genewich and Mrs Genewich from their time in Oquossoc. My family had a camp across the street and they generously offered their lakefront access to us, My sister and I were kids and enjoyed swimming in Mooselookmeguntic Lake for many, many summers thanks to the Genewich family. I have fond memories of being invited to their camp for dinner when I spent a short stretch of time alone at my camp as a college student. They were very interesting, fun, cool people. Whenever I eat kiwi I still think of them both 30 years later! I am sorry Dr. Genewich is no longer with us and am sending late condolences to the family.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Genewich family. I was roommate to Gretchen Genewich at Ohio Wesleyan University in the early 1970's and spent part of Easter vacation with Gretchen and her family in Lockport, NY. Dr. Genewich was fabulous to me while I was at their home. He was so very warm and hospitable - a very gracious and consummate gentleman. If Gretchen or another family member sees this posting, I would love to hear from her after so many years. God's blessings and comfort to all the family during this difficult time.
With sincere sympathy,
Patty Frungillo

A beautiful man has left us with strong memories of the medical world he gave us. My parents, Dr. and Mrs. Nevling, and my late husband, Tom Haenle, thought he was the best, most understanding and caring doctor and their families have nothing but praise for all Dr. Genewich gave to the Lockport health community. Rest in peace Dr. Genewich...you deserve it.
