Obituary of Mary Rose

Mary Rose of Lockport, New York passed away on May 23, 2015 in Odd Fellow & Rebekah HCC under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice. Born on October 9, 1921 in Johnstown, Pa., she was the daughter of Samuel and Priscilla (Kozi) Tisack. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Rose, in 1973.
She is survived by her beloved daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia (Dennis) Sheehan, Diana (George) LeCroy, Mary Ellen (Tim) Mulvey; grandsons, Matthew (Sylvia) Calos, Ryan (Josephine Brooks) Mulvey, Gregory (Laura) Mulvey; great grandchildren, Leah Mulvey, Charlotte & Henry Mulvey and Felix Calos, who brought so much love and happiness into the last years of her life.
Mary is also survived by her sisters, Kathryn (late Willard) Bowers and Rose (Jerome) Seese and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Ann Paul, Mona Shapiro, John, Peter, Michael, Anthony and Charles Tisack.
Private services will be held. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of Niagara Hospice Rebekah's Pathway and Odd Fellow & Rebekah HCC where Mary received care during her final months. Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY would be greatly appreciated by the family. Arrangements by Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home.
