Obituary of Priscilla P. Oliver

Priscilla P. Oliver passed away Saturday May 16, 2015 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born in Lockport on June 20, 1935, in Titusville, PA., she was the daughter of the late F. Raymond and Helene Smith Prenatt. She had a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics Eduacation and did graduate work at Niagara University and Buffalo. Priscilla worked for the Niagara Falls School District as a Teacher for 25 years, retiring in the mid 1980's. Priscilla enjoyed cooking, sewing, needlepoint and cross stitch. She also was a violinist for the Niagara Falls Philharmonic, as well as serving as a volunteer at Art Park. Priscilla was a loving wife and mother. She provided guidance and support for all her family members. She will be sadly missed. She was the wife of the late Dominick Oliver, Jr, who passed away January 2, 2008. She is survived by her sons Christopher (Deborah) Oliver of Lockport and Dominick (Vicki Anne) Oliver of Buffalo. Priscilla was the sister of Barbara (Jan) Kolk of Spartanburg, SC. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials to the Briody HCF Long Term Care Memorial Scholarship Fund, 909 Lincoln Ave., Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family.
