Obituary of Ruth Kinsler

Ruth E. Kinsler passed away June 18, 2009 in Aboslut of Gasport Health Care Facility. Born August 13, 1913 in Buffalo she was the daughter of the late George and Katherine (Adams) Mussehl. Ruth was predeceased by her husbands Arthur Daumen in 1965 and Harold Kinsler in 1993. She was a member of the Lockport United Church of Christ and the Angelus Chapter of OES 559 of which Ruth served as Past Matron of Angelus Chapter and also Associate Grand Warder of OES Grand Chapter-State of New York. Ruth worked at Laux and Conway-Miller Dry Cleaning.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra (Richard) Rooney of Tonawanda and step-son Harold (Sue) Kinsler of Reno, NV; grandmother of David Rooney of Newport Richey, FL, Richard (Lorie) Rooney of North Tonawanda and Lisa (Christopher) Kaiser of Town of Tonawanda; great grandmother of Sarah, Holly Kaiser, Megan, Sean Rooney and Luke Rooney; sister of Esther Miller of South Carolina.
Friends may call Friday, June 19th 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Saturday, June 20th 10-12 Noon in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will immediately follow at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. The Eastern Star service will be Friday evening at 8 PM in the funeral home. Memorials to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
