William P. Russell passed away April 19, 2009 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born April 2, 1929 in Lockport he was the son of the late William and Sophie (Smith) Russell. William worked as a laborer for the Flintkote Company, Lockport. He is survived by brother his Eugene (Kathy) Russell of Lockport and also several nieces and nephews. William was predeceased by his sisters Anna Martinez and Anastacia Russell and two brothers Robert Russell and Francis Russell.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 2-6 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
