Lydia A. Fiegel passed away Friday May 7, 2010 in Odd Fellows and Rebekah H.C.F., Lockport. Born September 16, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Rose Schendel Krull. Lydia was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda, she enjoyed reading, gardening and attending her church. Lydia is predeceased by her husband Floyd Fiegel, who passed away in 1987 and her son Richard Fiegel, who passed away in 2004.
Lydia is survived by her daughter Nancy (Robert) Hugar of Lockport; her grandchildren Wayne (Michelle) Hugar of Va. and Susan (John) Rosmann of Ca.; great grandmother of Regan and Ryan Hugar and Miranda and Remy Rosmann. She was the sister of George Krull of Fl., Frances Bachman of Wheatfield, Gertrude (Herbert) Matheis of Newfane, Dorothy Bald of Lockport, Helen (Frank) Loiars of Lockport and Alice Bugenhagen of Lockport, Lydia is predeceased by her brothers Clarence and Harold Krull. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Sunday 2 to 5 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held Monday morning at 9 AM. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Park, Amherst. Memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 453 Old Falls Boulevard, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, would be appreciated by the family.
