Obituary of Ronald Boyne

Ronald W. Boyne passed away February 24, 2009 in Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital. Born June 5, 1934 in Lockport he was the son of the late James A. and Helen D. (Penn) Boyne. Ronald granduated from Lockport Senior High School in 1952 and served in the US Army from 1956 to 1958 with the Fort Dix Band. He worked for 39 years at Harrison Radiator as an accountant retiring in 1992. Ronald then taught music at the Lockport Music Center and also helped his wife who ran a day care center out of their home. He was the past secretary for the local Musicians Union and was a member of the Lockport Community Band. Ronald was also an avid Buffalo Bill, Sabres and NY Yankees fan. Ronald is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Ryan) Boyne of Lockport; father of Rosanne (Frank) Stanley and Debra Boyne both of Lockport; grandfather of Elizabeth Stanley; brother of Gary (Judy) Boyne of Kenmore.
