Onnolee Schwab Obituary

Onnolee Schwab (Stearns) of Lockport, entered into rest on February 19, 2009. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 25, 1923, she was the daughter to the late John D. and Verna Fredricks Stearns. Loving wife to the late Joseph E. Schwab, beloved mother of the late John R. Brick.

Onnolee is survived by her step children Rose Czumaj, Joanne Certo, Joseph Schwab Jr., William Schwab and Connie Coulston; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren, as well as, several cousins and many, many friends.

Onnolee was a volunteer at Lockport Memorial Hospital and worked as a Demo representative at Tops Market. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed painting, knitting and playing cards. Her ready smile and quick wit will be missed by all.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 11 AM in the Warrens Corners Methodist Church, 5293 Stone Road, Lockport, NY. Memorials to a Charity of one's choice would be the appreciated by the family.
