Obituary of Mary Foltz

Mary Alice Foltz passed away January 31, 2009 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born in Buffalo on June 14, 1919 she was the daughter of the late James and Frances Connolley Donahue. Mary was a secretary for Sears and Roebuck in Lockport. She was a member of the St. Patrick's Altar and Rosary Society, served on the Board of Directors of the Ladies of Charity, was secretary of the Lockport Little League and a member of the DeSales Parent Association. She is predeceased by her husband, Ralph F. Foltz, who passed away August 27, 2002.
Mary is survived by her children R. Joseph (Deborah) Foltz, Eric D. (Donna) Foltz and Teresa (late Scott) Hugill. Grandmother of Christopher Hugill, Kevin Hugill, Adam Foltz and David Foltz. She is also survived by his great granddaughters Charlie and Sophie Hugill. Beside her husband, Mary is predeceased brothers James, Thomas, Bernard and Joseph.
Friends may call Wednesday 3 to 7 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where prayers will be offered Thursday morning at 9:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in All Saints Parish at St. Patrick's Church, 76 Church Street, Lockport. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials to the Ladies of Charity, 1122 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14212 or to the church would be appreciated by the family.

Prayers will be offered Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 9:30 AM in funeral home followed a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in All Saints Parish @ St. Patrick's RC Church, 76 Church Street, Lockport.
