Robert W. Bratt passed away January 21, 2009 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born August 21, 1926 in Detroit, MI he was the son of the late Frank and Louise (Kofink) Bratt. Robert served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1946 during WW II. He attended Erie County Community College from 1951 to 1953 earning his Associates Degree. Robert worked in the Tool &amp; Die room at Harrison Radiator for 39 years retiring on December 31, 1989. He was a member of the VFW and enjoyed bowling, skiing both water and snow and playing cards. Robert also had his pilot license and loved to fly. Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, in April of 2009, Dorothea E. (Herniman) Bratt of Pendleton; father of Garrick Bratt and Carolyn (Timothy) Paterson both of Lockport; grandfather of David Bratt, Russell Bratt, Lindsay Kaples and Daniel Paterson; also survived by one great granddaughter. Relatives and friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 AM. Memorials to Alzheimers Association of WNY, 2805 Wehrle Drive, Suite #6, Williamsville, NY 14221-7380 would be appreciated by the family. <h3>Visitation</h3> Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM <h3>Services</h3> Monday, January 26, 2009 at 10 AM in funeral home
