Marilyn J. Seger passed away January 2, 2008 in Inter-Community Memorial Hospital, Newfane.� Born May 14, 1934 in North Tonawanda she was the daughter of the late Gehardi and Clara (Dexhiemer) Zuch.� Marilyn was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clarence Center where she taught Sunday school and served as the Superintendent of Sunday school.� She enjoyed being with her family, playing the piano and traveling with her husband.

Marilyn is survived by her husband Samuel E. Seger of Barker; mother of Samuel (Sandra) Seger, Jr. of Lockport, Sandra (Thomas) Gancasz of Barker and Susan (Craig) Oswald of Churchville; grandmother of Thomas Gancasz, Jr., Laura Sue Seger, Bonnie (Baes) Gancasz, Carrie Gancasz, Samuel Seger, Amanda Seger, Kristen Oswald, Katie Oswald and Kevin Oswald; great grandmother of Nicolas Baes, Hayley Baes and Landon Simpson.

Relatives and friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 PM in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Clarence Center.� Interment will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.� Memorials to the church would be appreciated by the family.
