Obituary of Frederick Green

Frederick H. Green passed away December 9, 2007 in Niagara Hospice House.� Born January 19, 1938 in Buffalo he was the son of Nicholas J. and Grace Royalty Green.� Frederick worked in transportation for Leaseway Transportation and Tonawanda Tank where he became manager at both facilities and retired from Higgins Erectors in Buffalo.� He enjoyed being with his family where he was the caretaker, provider and protector.� Frederick was a member of the JayCees, enjoyed camping, traveling, cars of all makes and going to car shows and he was always there to help anybody. � Frederick is survived by his wife Ruth Muggelberg Green whom he married in 1960.� He is also survived by his son Joseph Green of Clarence Center, NY and his daughter Jennifer (Scott) Striffler of Lockport.� Frederick was the grandfather of Nicholas and Joseph Striffler. � Friends may call Wednesday 4-7 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 or to the Stacey Scott Lung Cancer Registry, c/o Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Elm &amp; Carlton Streets, Buffalo, NY 14263 would be appreciated by the family. <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation Times
