Ossie Mae Atkinson passed away Saturday November 17, 2007 in St. Petersburg, FL.� Born January 5, 1917 in Miller County, GA., she was the daughter of the late Odell and Rosa King Terrell.� Ossie is predeceased by her husband, Etoy Atkinson, who passed away in 1996.

Ossie is surived by her children Eunice Hardy of Sanford, FL., Gene (Willie Lee) Smith of Rochester, NY, William (Drucilla) Smith of Lockport; step-son Toxie Lee (Cenell) Atkinson of Cleveland, OH; daughter in-law Artie M. Smith of Rochester, NY; sister Elizabeth (Willis) Williams of Brunson, GA.; and Carmen Smith of Lockport, NY.� She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Tuesday evening 7 to 9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport and Wednesday morning 10 to 11 AM in Friendship Baptist Church, 5652 Saunders Settlement Road, Lockport, where services will be held at 11 AM.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
