Obituary of Alexander Haws

Alexander M. Haws passed away Wednesday October 24, 2007 at his home under the care of Hospice & Essential Care.� Born November 14, 2002 in Lockport, he was the son of Brian and Aimee Lignal Haws, both of Lockport.� Alex loved playing videogames, fire trucks, police cars, trains and watching movies.� He enjoyed his Make-A Wish trip to Disney World and meeting Blue's Clue's.� Alex also enjoyed his birthday party given by the City of Lockport and riding in a police car and fire truck.

Beside his parents, Alex is survived by his sisters Danielle, Sharilee, Tanya and Shelby Haws.� He is also survived by his grandparents Melody Carroll of Lockport, David Lignal of N.J., Karen Haws of KY., Dennis Stacy of Fl.; great grandson of Dorothy Greene of North Tonawanda, Paul and Bunny Cain of Va., Elmer Stacy of FL and Nancy Emily Slusher of KY.� Alex is also survived by his godmother Evelyn Knoblauch and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held Monday morning at 11 AM.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to Make-a-Wish Foundation, 5554 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 would be appreciated by the family.� The Haw's Family greatly appreciated the care from Women's & Children's Hospital especially from Anne Marie Moriarty, Ann Marie Skalski and Beth Collins.
