Hazel V. Sullivan (Beals) age 75 entered into rest Saturday, November 22, 2008 after a long illness.� Born March 8, 1933 in Temple, NH she was the daughter of the late John and Edith (Dean) Beals.� Hazel graduated from Newfane High School in 1951 then worked at the Felt Mill in Newfane.� She worked at Fisher Price for several years then moved to Manchester, NH where she worked at Neka Beauty Supply until she retired and moved to Lockport.� Hazel was an avid movie fan as well as her love for reading and also enjoyed going for walks. � Hazel is survived by her six children, Molly D. Cleveland of Weare, NH, Dianne K. Sullivan of Lockport, Michael D. Sullivan of Pembroke, NH, Jon P. Sullivan of Pittsfield, NH, Tina R. (Brian) Harden of Niagara Falls, Lisa J. (David) Jones of Lockport and predeceased by daughter Michele C. Sullivan.� She was the eleventh of twelve children being predeceased by seven brothers and four sisters.� Hazel was the loving grandmother of thirteen and eleven great grandchildren.� � There will be no prior visitation.� A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 4 PM in Faith Tabernacle Church, 5676 Beattie Avenue, Lockport.� Memorials in Hazel&amp;#39;s name may be made to the American Stroke Association or to American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer&amp;#39;s Association of WNY would be appreciated by the family.� <h3>Services</h3> Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 4 PM
