Obituary of Lisa Young

Lisa Ann (Gervaise) Young passed away suddenly September 20, 2007 in San Diego, California.� Born February 15, 1971 in Lockport where she grew up, Lisa was the daughter of Anthony and Angeline Terranova Gervaise.� She earned her masters degree from San Jose State University where Lisa met her husband of seven years, Brent Young.� Lisa worked as a Speech Pathologist for Temecula Valley High School in California.� She also screened infants at Palomar Medical Center where she had worked part time since 1999.� Lisa helped start a mothers group at Scripps Ranch after she and her husband had their first child.� She enjoyed her jobs working with teenagers at the high school and the hospital work.� Lisa will always be remembered as living her life for children. � Lisa is survived by her loving husband Brent Young of San Diego, CA; beloved mother of Colin and Julia Young both of San Diego, CA; caring sister of Anne Gervaise, Joseph Gervaise both of Lockport, Isabelle (Eric) Popejoy of San Diego, CA and Carol Jean Miceli of Rochester, NY; aunt of Brexton and Adam Popejoy both of San Diego, CA; also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and several friends and her dog, Omai � Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where prayers will be offered Thursday morning at 10 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM to be celebrated in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 391 Market Street, Lockport.� Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.� <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation Times
