Obituary of Jane Kastner

Jane Elizabeth (Murphy) Kastner passed into her final resting place September 19, 2007 at Newfane Inter-Community Memorial Hospital.� Born December 30, 1919 she was the daughter of the late George and Eva Sparks Murphy.� Jane married the late John J. Kastner in October 1945 who passed away in August 1984.

Jane was the loving mother of Richard J., Daniel L. (Margaret) and Christine M. (Patrick) Kelahan.� Beloved grandmother of Benjamin A. and Nathan J. Kastner and Erin G., Timothy P. and Sean F. Kelahan.� She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friends.� Her wisdom, strength of character and patience will be sadly missed.

Friends may call Friday 3-8 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to the Wilson Free Library Children's Collection, PO Box 579, Wilson, NY 14172 would be appreciated by the family.
