Roy Salmeri Obituary
Roy J. Salmeri passed away Sunday September 16, 2007 in the Niagara Hospice House.� Born October 12, 1917, he was the son of the late Carmelo and Anna Amato Salmeri.� Roy worked with Van De Mark Chemical for 30 years retiring in 1983.� He was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed the outdoors.� Roy is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth, who passed away in 1985.

Roy is survived by his son David Toma and daughter Carol Salmeri both of California; a sister Josephine E. Sansone of Lockport; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and sister in-laws Jessie Salmeri and Almeda Salmeri.� He was the brother of the late Patsy Salmeri, Steven Salmeri and John J. Salmeri.

Friends may call Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 AM.� Memorials to Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.�
