Okey M. Riffle passed away September 4, 2007 after a brief illness in Erie County Medical Center.� Born April 15, 1926 in Orlando, West Virginia he was the son of Walter and Alice Riffle.� Okey worked as a crane operator for Guterl Special Steel Corp. for 33 years retiring in 1984.� He was an avid bowler and also enjoyed throwing horse shows, hunting and gardening. � Okey is survived by his wife of 54 years Janet Ide Riffle of Lockport whom he married January 12, 1953.� He is also survived by his late nephew, who was like a son to him, the late Vance (Judy) McHenry of Gasport.� Okey was the grandfather of Chad (Sandra) McHenry of Butner, NC and Jodi McHenry of Gasport.� He is the brother of Prudy (Benny) Jones of West Virginia and the late Lillie McHenry-Bright, Roy Riffle, Everett Riffle, Argle Riffle, Thomas Riffle and Daisy Townsend.� Okey is also survived by several special nieces and nephews, several longtime friends and "Lady" his dog. � Friends may call Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM in Royalton Community Church, 8457 Bunker Hill Road, Gasport.� Interment will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery. <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation Times
