Obituary of Sharon Robison

Sharon L. Robison, age 70, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2008 after a brief illness. Sharon was born September 26, 1938 in Lockport she was the daughter of the late Leon and Stella (Fabian) Haber. She graduated from Lockport Senior High School and attended Ithaca College. Sharon married Roland L. Robison in 1958 and raised two children. She was a life long resident of Lockport, throughout the years Sharon enjoyed many activities including bowling, fishing, crafts and golf. After several years working for Ward Beals & McCarthy (late Trumble Industries) as a clerk Sharon retired. She enjoyed retirement with her husband and family �" much time was spent on day trips exploring Western New York and working in her garden. Sharon is survived by her husband, Roland Robison, her brother Richard (Ginny) Haber, daughter Ann (Timothy) Sy, son Michael (Maria) Robison, grandchildren Jake, Matt, Brett and Alex. She was loved by family and friends and will be missed. It was Sharon's wishes to have no funeral services when she passed. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of one's choice.
