Obituary of Teresa Terranova

Teresa (Martino) Terranova passed away in comfort Sunday August 17, 2008 in Niagara Hospice House. Born in Lockport on January 10, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Attillio and Maria (DiCarlo) Martino. Teresa was the wife of the late Giovanni Terranova, who passed November 30, 2007. She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her family.

Teresa is survived by her children John Terranova of Lockport, Concetta (Mary McConell) Terranova of Cambria and Patricia (Steven) Moran Indiana; grandmother of Erika (David Schuster) Terranova, Matthew (Pam) Stevens, John Terranova, Joseph Terranova, and Giovanni Moran; great grandmother of Kaleb Scuster and Kalista Stevens; sister of Charles Martino, Connie (Bob) Verity, Jessie (the late Joseph) Salmeri, Josephine (Les) Brewer, the late Mary Ann (Martino) Drew and Rosie (Willard) Johnson; sister-in-law of Angela (Giovanni) Dengo of Sicily and the late Battista and Concetta (Cirasa) Terranova; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 391 Market Street, Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. Memorials to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
