Raphael "Ray" Morris Obituary

Raphael A. "Ray" Morris, Jr. passed away August 1,2008.�� Born October 19,1943 in Jennings, Louisiana the son of Raphael A. Sr. and Frances Langley Morris.�� "Ray"served in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967, serving in Viet Nam.� He worked as a civilian Aircraft Mechanic for the Army Air National Guard from 1971 until his retirement in 1993.� He also worked for Brinks in Buffalo as a truck driver, Mattel, Medina Plant as a molding operator, EGW Associates, Inc. in Buffalo as a machine operator, DRS Technology as a Security Officer and most recently for Securitas Security Service in Kenmore.� Raphael was a member of the VFW and Niagara County Sportsman Association.

Raphael is survived by his wife Barbara (Sprenger) Morris; father of Ian (Brandi) Morris of Germany and Neal Morris of Louisville, KY.; grandfather of Ethan and Alexandria; step father of Craig Butler and Randall Butler both of Lockport and Matthew Butler of Washington State.�

Friends may call Monday 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM in Christ Episcopal Church, Rochester Road and Fieldcrest Drive, Lockport.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
