John A. Pietrowski passed away June 14, 2008 in Niagara Hospice House.� Born October 7, 1914 in Fulton, NY he was the son of Christopher and Genevieve (Dzierwanowski) Pietrowski.� John served in US Army during WW II.� He graduated from Syracuse University in 1935 earning his Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.� John worked for 14 years for Upson Company retiring in 1980.� He was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church where he was an usher at the 12 noon Mass, the Knights of Columbus Council 319 where he was also a 4th Degree and an Honorary Life Member.� John was also a member of the B. Leo Dolan Post 410 and the Tech Association of Pulp & Paper in Indiana.� He is survived by several dear friends.

There will be no prior visitation.� Private graveside services will be held in Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport, NY 14094 or to Syracuse University would be appreciated.�� www.pruddenandkandt.com
