George Collopy Obituary
George R. Collopy passed away Sunday June 1, 2008 in Millard Fillmore Gates Circle.� Born February 16, 1950, he was the son of John and Rita Grimble Collopy.� George was a cab driver for Liberty Taxi, he enjoyed antiques and was a Rushford Volunteer.� He is predeceased by his wife Nina Miller Collopy.

George was the father of George Collopy of Clifton Park, NY, David Collopy, Delores (Wayne) Wright, Denise Collopy all of Buffalo and the late Nina and Rita Collopy; grandfather of Amanda and Jeremy Wright.� Brother of John (Charlotte) Collopy, Robert Collopy, James (Damien) Collopy, �Marguerite (Wayne) Drier and Marie Collopy and Maryann Collopy.� He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and his cat Chester.

Services will be held Wednesday June 4, 2008 at 11 AM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
