Esther Class Obituary

Esther B. Class passed away May 16, 2008 in Briody Health Care Facility.� Born January 12, 1914n Lockport she was the daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Spring) Winters. �Esther was member of the First English Lutheran Church, Lockport and an honorary member of the Barker Senior Citizen Center.� She enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing, crocheting and needle point.� Esther also loved to spend time with her family, collecting teacups and making and collecting porcelain dolls.� She was predeceased by her husband Julius M. Class, her son Julius M. Class, III and a grandchild.

Esther is survived by her children Robert F. (Elaine) Class, James E. (Sharon) Class both of Bradford, NY, Roger C. (Gretchen) Class of Stirling Heights, MI, Barbara E. (Norman) Wurl of Lockport and Kathleen M. Class of Spartenburg, SC; grandmother of twenty-five; great-grandmother forty and great great-grandmother of twenty-four; mother-in-law of Arlene Class of Appleton; sister of the late Herbert, Seymour, Edward Winters, Mildred Speer and Katheran Rohde; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10o'clock.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to First English Lutheran Church, 185 Locust Street, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
