Donald G. Flowers passed away April 6, 2008 in Lockport Memorial Hospital.� Born March 16, 1926 in Medina he was the son of George and Margaret (Skinner) Flowers.� Donald served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1946 during WW II.� He worked in the shipping and receiving for Harrison Radiator.� Donald enjoyed volunteering with the Boy Scouts, golfing and gardening.� He was predeceased by his wife Doris (Singer) Flowers on January 16, 2006.

Donald is survived by his children Douglas (Mary) Flowers of Westlawn, PA, David (Mary Lou) Flowers of Ashuben, VA and Susan (Thomas) Cassick, Jr. of Lockport; grandfather of Elizabeth (Robert) Hachtman, Bridget (Jason) Meile, Curt Cassick, Megan Flowers, Joshua (Michelle) Flowers and Bret Flowers.

Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church, 140 Genesee Street, Lockport.� Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
