Obituary of Ledorse McDowell

Ledorse McDowell passed away February 19, 2008 after a lengthy illness in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.� Born August 3, 1936 in Walnut Hill, Florida he was the son of the late Henry and Virginia McDowell.� He worked as a farmer for Halls' Apple Farm, Lockport.� Ledorse is survived by his brothers and sisters Armie Lee (Allen) Brown of Pensacola, FL, Sarah (Joe) Price, Ernestine (Hilton, Sr.) Maxwell, Dorothy (Judge) Washington, Henry McDowell, Sidney (Earlin) McDowell, Eugene McDowell all of Lockport and Roy (Ann) McDowell of Atmore, AL.� He is also survived by his uncle, Sam McDowell of Cleveland, OH and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends Monday 10-11 AM at Refuge Temple of Christ, 15 Cottage Street, Lockport where funeral services will immediately follow at 11 AM.� Interment will Glenwood cemetery.
