George W. Cloen, Jr. passed away February 25, 2008.� Born March 4, 1919 in Buffalo he was the son of George W. and Louisa Bitterman Cloen.� George served in the US Marine Corp. during WW II from March 1944 to November 1945.� He worked for Loblaws as a truck driver retiring in 1980.� George was a member of the Teamsters and the VFW Post 2940.� He enjoyed listening to books on tape, smoking his pipe and fishing.� George was predeceased by his wife Pearl Schwab Cloen on 1990.

George is survived by his three sons David Cloen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, George Cloen of San Diego, CA and Michael (Gail) Cloen of Lockport; grandfather of Kimberly Bowling, Christian, Jennifer, Michelle and Shawna Cloen; great grandfather of Samantha and Garrett.

Friends may call Thursday 9-11 AM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will immediately follow at 11 AM.� Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
