Marion H. Fitzmorris passed away Monday February 18, 2008 in Niagara Hospice House.� Born March 1st, 1917 in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of Walter B. and Lillian H. Earl Wheeler.� Marion graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1936.� She was retired from 35 years of a secretarial career for whom she worked for Chisholm Ryder Company, Olin Matheson Corporation, and Carborundum Company in the capacity of executive secretary for the vice-president.� Marion was always an avid reader; she enjoyed bowling and played several musical instruments in her youth.� During her high school years she was a member of Evan White's "Niagara Banjo Band."� Marion was also a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, the Carborundum Alumni Association, and the Dale Association.

Marion is survived by her daughter Suzanne (John) Witmore of Lockport; and her two grandchildren Kathleen and Michael Witmore.

Friends may call Saturday February 23, from 10 AM to 12 noon where a funeral service will be held immediately following.� Internment will be at Cold Spring Cemetery.� Memorials to Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 75 East Ave. Lockport, NY 14094 and also Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport 14094.
